NOMOS-BANK has paid the coupon on its BO-1 series of bonds totaling RUB 225.65 million

NOMOS-BANK has paid the coupon for the fifth coupon period on its BO-1 series of bonds (equity security identification number: 4V020102209V of 10/11/2010).

The bondholders were paid a coupon income of RUB 45.13 per bond based on a coupon rate of 9.10% per annum. The total amount paid on the second coupon was RUB 225.65 million.

The amount paid on all five coupon totals RUB 1,031.9 million.

At present, there are two issues in circulation of Bank bonds of classic series: 11 (RUB 5 billion) and 12 (RUB 5 billion) and three issues series of bonds: BO-01 (RUB 5 billion), BO-02 (RUB 5 billion), and BO-03 (RUB 5 billion). All the Bank’s bond issues are traded on the MICEX Stock Exchange in the first-level "A" quotation list and included in the Lombard list and the list of securities accepted as collateral for repo transactions by the Bank of Russia.

In addition to its Russian bonds, NOMOS-BANK has five Eurobonds in circulation totaling USD 2.05 billion. A senior issue of USD 400 million was placed October 2010 maturing 2013; a subordinated issue of USD 350 million was placed April 2010 maturing 2015; a subordinated issue of USD 500 million was placed April 2012 maturing 2019; a senior issue of USD 500 million was posted in April 2013 maturing 2018; and a subordinated issue of USD 300 million was placed December 2012 maturing 2019.

NOMOS is currently the sixth largest banking group in Russia by total assets and the second largest privately-owned Russian universal banking group with total assets of RUB 977.0 billion and equity of RUB 96.7 billion under IFRS accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2013.

As at 30 June 2013, NOMOS had an extensive branch network in Russia with 300 offices in the economically important regions of the Russian Federation, with the majority of its business concentrated in Moscow, St Petersburg, Tyumen (including the Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous district), the Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk regions.

NOMOS provides a full range of banking services to corporate, small business and retail clients. As at 30 June 2013, NOMOS served approximately 13,000 corporate customers, 85,600 small business clients and approximately 1.5m retail customers, including private banking clients.

NOMOS has long-term international credit ratings of BB- from Fitch and Ba3 from Moody’s.
