NOMOS BANK Shareholders Elect New Supervisory Board


On February 21, NOMOS BANK shareholders elected the new Supervisory Board, extended to 11 members from previous 8, at the Extraordinary General Meeting. Mel Carvill, Herbert Walter, Dmitry Mizgulin, Rupert Robson and Konstantin Yanakov joined Nikolai Dobrinov, Jean-Pascal Duvieusart, Aleksandr Zakharov, Alexander Zelenov, Dmitry Sokolov and Ilya Yuzhanov in the newly elected Supervisory Board.

The extended Supervisory Board will focus on achieving a yet higher level of bank’s corporate governance.
